These terms govern access to workspace-spring.click and the professional engagements offered by Workspace Spring (“we”, “us”). By using this site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms. Governing law is the law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Organisations commissioning reports warrant that the person submitting a brief is authorised to do so.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of franchise performance reporting, territory analytics, and related engagements are informational. A separate statement of work or email confirmation sets the binding scope, fees, and delivery dates for each project. Pricing pages do not create a payment obligation until we accept a scoped brief.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and our methodologies remain our property. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed to that client for internal franchise management use. You may not resell our report packs or republish them as your own product without written consent. Client source data remains the client’s property.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit false contact details. We may suspend access where abuse is reasonably suspected.

Liability

Report packs and briefings are advisory. Opening, coaching, and royalty decisions remain yours. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made solely on the basis of our materials. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
