How we price reporting work
Fees follow unit count, periods covered, and how many territories or walkthroughs you need. Figures below are informational starting points in Hong Kong dollars — not an online checkout.
Every network’s royalty cadence and POS layout differs. We quote after a short scoping call so the fee matches the actual extract work, not a generic package name.

Estimate factors we ask about
- How many open units and how many periods you need compared
- Whether POS formats are already aligned across the network
- Whether territory boundaries exist as written exclusivity rules
- Preferred delivery language for findings (English is standard)
- In-person walkthrough at Ho Man Tin versus remote session
Retainers
Networks that need a quarterly pack can retain us for four reporting cycles at a reduced per-cycle fee once the first pack’s templates are settled. Retainers still deliver report packs on agreed dates; they do not include software access.
Deposits
Project work typically requires a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time, with the balance due on draft delivery. See our refund policy for how deposits are handled if scope changes.
