Process
From kickoff to findings walkthrough
A clear sequence keeps franchise performance reporting on schedule even when POS extracts arrive late. This page is the working map of how we engage.
Whether you book a full quarterly pack or a focused territory briefing, the rhythm stays similar. The difference is depth of mapping and the number of units in the scorecard set.
1. Briefing call
We confirm unit lists, periods, exclusivity rules, and the decision the pack must support. You leave with a short preparation checklist rather than a vague “send us everything.”
2. Secure data intake
POS extracts, royalty schedules, and P&L summaries land in an agreed folder structure. We reconcile totals before any chart is drawn. Incomplete periods are flagged early.
3. Draft scorecards and maps
Unit rankings, labour ratios, and territory plots go to your nominated reviewer. This is the moment to correct peer groups or annotate renovation weeks.
4. Final pack and walkthrough
You receive the PDF, spreadsheet appendix, and findings letter. We walk the room — in Ho Man Tin or remotely — so area managers can ask about specific units.
What you prepare
- Unit list with open dates and district labels
- Period extracts named by unit and date range
- Written exclusivity or territory schedule if maps are in scope
- One sentence describing the upcoming decision
What we refuse to rush
We will not invent missing labour hours or force a territory recommendation without exclusivity context. If files arrive late, we renegotiate the delivery date rather than ship a decorative pack.
